Welcome! We are excited that you are continuing the process to ordained ministry.

You may download the necessary paperwork to apply for Full Membership in the Desert Southwest Annual Conference and ordination as an Elder or a Permanent Deacon by using the links below.

If you prefer, the material can be mailed to you by contacting the registrar, Rev. Stewart Lewis.

Before applying, you must have completed the necessary requirements to be eligible to apply.
